Funded by : KfW; Project locations : 5 Provinces (West Java, Central Java, DIY Yogyakarta, East Kalimantan and South Sulawesi), 17 Cities and Regencies; Period : 22th August 2016 – 14^th April 2017

SED TVET program focus on as follows:

• Enable end-users (teachers and instructors) to competently handle, operate and maintain the equipment and machinery supplied under the loan scheme
• Facilitate full integration into teaching/training process (development and application of related training modules)
• Integration of machinery and equipment into a production process based on the ‘teaching factor’ concept in order to stimulate industrial processes
• Contribute to the overall program objective to an increased employability of trainees

PEM-Consult affiliated with PT. Tesaputra plays a role as the organizer of advanced training which consists of three stages, namely In Training, On Training and Onsite Training. The program has been conducted successfully and achieved the deliverables of:

• Successfully made a list of experts (trainers) for conducting the trainings for around 35 programs competencies
• Successfully recruited 51 people/instructors from diverse expertise areas for 30 types of training and 86 training classes in 23 vocational schools spread across 17 districts/cities in 5 provinces
• Successfully managed and ensure the trainers undertaking their tasks such as : provide calculation of the number of days  for training in each training institute for the designates competence, provide calculation for the needs for consumables  for the training in each training institute for the designates competence, develop training module in accordance with the specific Training Need Analysis (TNA), deliver the required training, monitor performance of teachers/trainers during training, writing training implementation report and monitor the On Mode in collaboration with PEM
• Successfully prepared, managed and implemented various numbers of advanced training conducted on 11 vocational schools in 5 different provinces
• Successfully did the mobilization, preparation works at the consultant’s head office and in the field, familiarization with the program and all stakeholders and investigation of policies, ongoing and planned programs and activities, in close collaboration with the PEM Team Leader
