History
The establishment of PT TESA was attested in front of and duly signed by Wiratni, SH, notary public, on April 28th 1995 deed Number 146, later on amended with an Amendment deed Number 5 dated July 2nd 1999 and Number 2 dated October 1st 2001. The latest organization structure was attested and duly signed by Parlinggoman Naiborhu, S.H, with the deed Number 2 dated March 7, 2013
Tesaputra started with works of sub-contracting nature since 1988 in two main areas, namely :
- Management and Information Technology
- Community development
Science and technology development (particularly in the field of information technology) has brought an increasingly complex development changes and dynamics, including community dynamics and paradigm shifts as basis. Therefore, PT TESA would continuously broaden its field of expertise through delving into the issues of:
- Human Resource Development,
- Environmental Management,
- Survey, Planning and Engineering Design.
- Small and Medium Scale Business Development,
- Monitoring and Evaluation,
- and others
therefore, bring the company up to strength with various tools, both in terms of software and hardware, as well as human resources to become reliable in providing consultative services needed by the community.
In the efforts of enhancing capacity of human resources and strengthening scientific approaches on the service products, PT TESA promotes strategic cooperation with certain institutions of higher education as centers of excellent in human resource and science and technology development, such as UI, UNPAD, IPB, and IKOPIN. This collaboration is not limited to only the universities, but also with different Non-Government Organizations as well as individuals with similar concerns.
