Bakamla has an institutionalized operations control center that is capable of controlling various operations that are part of an integrated maritime security system.

The scope of the project are 

• Identify operating systems that are part of other integrated security systems located in various agencies in
• Design integration and formulate the system
• Formulate an integrated institutional design
• Develop concepts of mechanisms and other procedures
