Provision of Long-Term Agreement for Wokforce and Staffing Service for SDG Leadership Program [Funded by : United Nations Development Programe (UNDP)]

PT Tesaputra has been contracted by UNDP, Bappenas and Tanoto Foundation to implement SDG Leadership Program as a learning platform for government and non government stakeholders that will help fast track SDGs progress in Indonesia.

Tesaputra has implemented Batch III, IV and V SDG Leadership program. A Total of 135 participants attended a set of workshops in each bath.  The participants consist of government officials (national and sub-national), private sectors, philanthropies, NGOs/CSOs, academies, and universities.

• 5 workshops of Batch III SDG Leadership Program were undertaken fully online from 14 February to 14 June 2022 intermittent, with a total of 11 days.
• 5 Workshops in Batch IV of SDG Leadership Program were undertaken during 4 April to 24 August 2023, with a total of 11 days. Batch IV covered two main topics: poverty alleviation and improving quality of education, and adopt the blended learning approach.
• 5 Workshops in Batch V of SDG Leadership Program start on 26 October 2023 till 22 February 2024 and use a blended learning approach.

The materials of the workshops of each batch are :

1. Workshop 1 : Leadership & Management in SDGs, SDGs Implementation & Mentoring, SDG Alternative Financing, Root Cause Analysis;
2. Workshop 2 : SDGs Strategic Thinking for Innovation, Sustainable Business Model Canvas, Communication Strategy for Sustainable Program;
3. Workshop 3 : Clinic for Capstone Project, Best Practice in SDGs, SDGs Inspired Leaders;
4. Workshop 4 : Clinic for Capstone Project, Best Practice in SDGs, SDGs Inspired Leaders;
5. Workshop 5 : SDGs Leader’s Characteristics, Colloquium, and Graduation.
