Carry out monitoring and evaluation by describing in detail the profile and characteristics of retired Indonesian workers, as well as providing input/advocacy for local regional governments and the Ministry of Manpower.

The details of the scope of work are:

• Describe the background profile of the socio-economic conditions of retired migrant workers after they are no longer migrant workers
• Get an overview of the work of migrant workers in the country where they work
• Get a general picture of the socio-economic development of the region where the migrant workers originate
• Examining the social and cultural problems of retired migrant workers
• Evaluate the development and correctional system for retired migrant workers
• Developing a concept for developing a productive economic development concept for retired migrant workers
• Formulate alternative programs to empower retired Indonesian workers
• Advocating for policy changes in the Regional Government and Ministry of Manpower
